My Story

Finding My Path Through Art and Resilience

Raised by my grandparents while my parents worked away from home, I was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. Despite the challenges, early interventions corrected my inability to make eye contact and improved my communication skills. Throughout my education in special classes at Guangren Elementary and Middle School, I remained dedicated to learning, even receiving awards from the mayor for my efforts.

My passion for computers and drawing revealed new dimensions of life to me. Encouraged by my family and teachers, I discovered that I could express complex ideas through art, moving beyond simple replication to develop my own artistic style. My father’s architectural background influenced my precise drawing skills, earning admiration for my natural ability.

Though I chose to enter the workforce rather than continue formal education, my experiences have enriched my interactions and helped me overcome various workplace challenges. Today, I manage daily tasks independently, assist my grandparents at home, and take pride in my accomplishments. My journey reflects not just survival but thriving through perseverance and the supportive pillars of my family and mentors.
