My Story

A Journey of Art, Passion, and Dreaming Big

Pigs have always been close to my heart—not just as my favorite animal, but as the inspiration behind many of my drawings that bring me joy and peace. My educational journey began in a regular class at Renai Elementary School, where I faced the challenges of autism and communication. With my mother’s constant support, I navigated six years of schooling, learning to connect with others.

Middle and high school brought new challenges in special education programs, where I struggled to adapt. But everything changed when I met Teacher Chen YinChun, who introduced me to the transformative world of art, opening up a new chapter in my life.

In 2014, I received the Mayor's Award from Mayor Hau Lung-bin at my graduation. Seizing the moment, I shared my dream of hosting an art exhibition for children with autism. Mayor Hau supported the idea and offered the Taipei City Hall lobby for our team’s "Creative Taipei, Hand in Hand to Build Dreams" exhibition. The showcase featured vibrant paintings, paper-cutting art, and cultural products, with Mayor Hau’s encouragement driving us to pursue our dreams further.

Art has become my refuge, building my confidence with every piece I complete. Though I still test the boundaries in class, I’ve grown tremendously under Teacher Chen’s guidance. My dream is to travel with the team, bringing our art exhibitions to every corner of the world.
